An emergency committee meeting was held yesterday (Saturday 22nd July 2023) to discuss the current situation following the very sad death of our president Geoff Dowson.
Under the constitution of our club, the committee is able to co-opt members to help them run the club.
Marc Spindlove agreed to act as president for the remainder of the current club year and was duly co-opted onto the committee in that role.
We feel sure you will all welcome him in this additional position.
