Congratulations to Betty Anderson and Stewart Beattie finishing 3rd in the Mixed Pairs competition at Greenlands Bowls Club today. Finishing with 25 points just 2 behind the winners the Inns of Greenlands. 2nd place going to our very own Roli and Eve Bell. Richard Warrilow and Yvonne Briden finishing with 21 points and Pat Williams and Paul Trunchion 15 points. An excellent competition fully complying with all the new COVID19 regulations. Useful experience for members of many different clubs which will help with the running of league and club games at their own clubs.Not a complaint to be heard even though the last session did go off nearly an hour late. Well done and thank you Greenlands. For info, they are now taking bookings for their Australian Pairs competition on 6th December.
